Our team focuses on evaluating cardiovascular quality of care and outcomes using a range of datasets. This includes expertise leveraging the nation's largest integrated health system, the Veterans Affairs Health Administration electronic health record, which includes comprehensive health data for over 9 million Veterans annually. Our team also has experience using Medicare claims, commercial claims (IBM Marketscan, Optum CDM), disease-based registries, and public health datasets to better understand opportunities to improve quality of care and cardiovascular outcomes. Our team has expertise in a range of analytic approaches including state-of-the-art approahces to causal inference with observational data.
